Description

Snowkey Raking Type Automatic Ice Storage - AIS Series

A refrigerated, fully automatic ice storage room that stores ice from your ice machine and delivers large volumes on demand. As the storage fills, a raking mechanism levels the ice. When the upper limit is reached the control system stops the ice machine automatically, and restarts it once the ice level drops.

Available as 20ft or 40ft containerised units, or as a factory pre-assembled combined type. Both are easy to transport by truck, rail or ship, making them ideal for remote sites or operations that move frequently.

Ideal for fish and seafood processing, fishing ports and wharves, meat and poultry processing, food processing plants and concrete cooling.

Specially designed double insulation layer with an air circulation layer around the ice, even when full
Refrigeration system holds ice at approx. -5 to -8°C, keeping it dry and free-flowing

Patented chainwheel design and heavy-duty link chains that resist freezing and tripping
Automatic elevating mechanism keeps the ice raker above the ice surface

Ice-contact surfaces in galvanised steel or stainless steel to suit the application
Automatic ice deflecting door with sight window to view the ice level
Industrial PLC with touch panel, monitoring, variable speed raking control and alarms

Delivery and Shipping

NORMAL DELIVERY

Normal delivery on most 'In-store' items is 2-3 business days (weekdays) from payment, but can take up to 5 days for items dispatched from our 'Warehouse'. Please allow up to an extra 2 days for rural delivery. Orders placed after 3pm are not processed or dispatched until the next business day (weekday).

You'll receive a tracking number once the order has left to ensure you know where this is every step of the way. If you haven't received this within 48 hours then please contact us to confirm.

FREE FREIGHT

We offer free freight on all ice maker orders.

CLICK & COLLECT

Order online and collect from Icetec. If you're wanting to collect your order in store, please note that some items are drop shipped from our suppliers, and may not be ready for collection straight away.

Delivery time frames for Pre-Ordered items are an estimate on the delivery window given buy our suppliers or logistics agent. Currently due to Covid-19 related delays dates can change, if this happens we'll contact you to advise. Items are shipped or completed ready for 'Click & Collect' once they become available.

Please note some items are not stocked in NZ. These items will have a note within the description of the item notifying buys to a approximate manufacture and delivery time of 8 weeks.
