By agreeing to this Privacy Policy, I/We authorise Icetec to make credit reference and other enquiries and to collect, retain and use any personal information about me/us from any person as may be required for the purposes of assessing my/our financial standing and creditworthiness in relation to this guarantee and I/we authorise any person to disclose to Icetec any personal information for that purpose. I/We authorise Icetec to disclose personal information about me/us to any credit rating/reporting agencies and to any other person as may be necessary or desirable to enable Icetec to enforce or attempt to enforce its rights under this guarantee.  I/We understand that I/we have the right to access and request the correction of any personal information which Icetec holds about me/us.
